If the rare time comes when you are not satisfied…we'll gladly make it right or refund your total cost plus 12%.

Why do we charge a dispatch fee on the first visit? Our technicians are serious about their work and respect your time. On the very first visit we not only offer a firm price in writing, but with our fully stocked trucks, can often do the work right then and there. The $59 dispatch fee covers operating costs so that our people can take all the time you need to schedule and service the work at your home. And remember, if we're more than an hour past our scheduled appointment, we pay you that $59!

What if you don't have the money right now, but need the work done immediately? Whether it's an emergency repair or large scale project, there's no need for you to worry. We take all major credit cards and never over-charge. Generator installations offer a variety of financing options for qualified buyers.

How quickly can The Wire Guys complete my electrical work? It depends on the size of the job, but our trucks are loaded with thousands of parts so we can get it done as quickly and efficiently as possible. On our first visit you get a firm, written price quote. And if you're ready, we can often do the work that very day—so you don't have to free up more days in your busy schedule.

Do we provide more than just electrical work? Everything we do has some tie to your electrical system. Other services include portable and automatic standby generators, ductless HVAC units, energy efficient upgrades, home theatre and hidden cabling, lighting and a host of other related services.

What if our cost is higher than another estimate? Many contractors bid low to get the job. But this doesn't mean they include everything in their estimate like we do. Our technicians give you the full written cost in advance, before any work is started. And with our stocked trucks, we have the parts you need to avoid costly delays and multiple visits that other electricians count on.

What exactly does our warranty cover? All work is covered by a 1-year parts and labor warranty. If any work fails within one year, we repair it for free, at your convenience. Extended warranties area also available.

Do our employees go through background screening? Before being hired, our technicians go through rigorous background checks and drug testing. We continue with random drug testing after they're hired so you can count on the ultimate safety for your home, family and valuables.

What does our 99.9% customer satisfaction really mean? We request customer feedback on each invoice, and these scores are averaged directly from their count. In reality, the response is 100% positive, but we subtract the 0.1% to leave room for error or future grumblers. The few customers who actually needed refunds or work redone were so pleased in the end that they are sometimes our best referrals!
