Do you provide 24/7 service?
Yes, we offer 24/7 on-call emergency service every day of the year, including weekends and holidays. Maintenance contracts get the added benefit of calling their assigned electricians directly, even saving on overtime rates when paid Net 15 or prepaid annually for our discounts (see below).
Do you follow the NEC?
What safety training is required for your electricians?
Our standards are OSHA30 and aerial lift training, though many are certified in a variety of tech solutions and other qualifications, such as fiber optics, rigging, NFPA-70E, CPR etc…
How do you track daily activities for T&M projects?
Our electronic work order system enables our staff to login materials and work time, emailing clients detailed PDF Work Orders for daily project tracking.
Are you capable of designing my plant's electrical system?
Yes, we have 20+ years of design/build experience. Large, small or anything in between. From a $2.2 million new construction project for Excel/Cargill Foods to a $97,000 engine room project for Otis Spunkmeyer, where we added new service, lighting, switch gear and power for new lines.
Do you offer discounts?
All accounts, 1.5% Net 15 days. Maintenance contracts also have the option to prepay annually for 2% off.
