Elaine Judd, President/CEO
Elaine partnered with her husband and company Owner Bob Judd in 1996. Starting as Secretary/Treasurer, CFO and Office Manager, she established many of the company policies and management strategies that helped Arc grow into the leading electrical contractor in the Hazleton area.
Her belief in putting family first is a priority that makes a huge difference. Flexible work schedules attract exceptional employees with the same strong values and integrity. Better working conditions, personnel/safety manuals, formal job descriptions and evaluation forms greatly improve performance and safety. New accounting software and computerized work orders increased accuracy and efficiency in all aspects of the business. Truly reinventing the back wheels of this business, Elaine helped turn a growing construction company into a well-oiled electrical machine and became CEO in 2011.
Gregory Judd, Vice President/COO
Greg joined the company in 2000 with a focus on fire alarm design and installation, structured cabling projects, security systems and all other aspects of low voltage wiring. In 2005 he was promoted to Estimator and started leading the team through design build and large low voltage projects.
Strong customer rapport and savvy project management led to more million-dollar+ jobs and in 2009 Greg became Vice President of Operations. COO since 2011, he now oversees field staffing needs and reviews estimates, working closely with project managers and foremen to ensure client needs are met.

Thomas Shultz, Construction Manager
Tom is a master electrician and has been an integral part of Arc's team since 1987. Our clients rely on Tom for his proven problem solving skills, along with his ability to ensure that jobs are brought in on time and budget, with reduced complications and straightforward communication—start to finish. Expertly managing million dollar+ projects, he builds confidence and strong customer relationships both on and off the job site. Tom also serves on the safety committee and is our go-to guy for in-depth electrical knowledge.

Jon Blewett, General Foreman
Jon is a master electrician with us since 1988, supervising jobs at Hershey and a variety of sanitary and food processing plants. Our key man when it comes to complex low energy communications and control wiring installs, he's often requested by customers.

Jack Olivieri, Project Manager
With the company since 2000, Jack completed his apprentice training and became a journeyman electrician in 2007. He's worked in all divisions of the company, residential, commercial and industrial. His troubleshooting expertise and customer relations make him a proficient and popular service technician. Instrumental in assisting the company in revamping and improving it's delivery of residential services, he now lends his experience to our management team as Project Manager. He handles the needs for our maintenance clients and smaller commercial/industrial projects.

Ryan Evans, Project Manager
Since 2004, Ryan has served the company as journeyman, foremen and now as Project Manager. Our clients rely on his attention to detail, organization and can-do attitude; meeting the customers' needs within their time and budget constraints.

James Butler, Project Manager
Jamie joined the company with over 20 years experience in the construction industry as a draftsman, estimator, and project manager. He was a project manager/estimator for a large general contractor for 15+ years and we had worked with him on numerous projects. As part of our team, his attention to detail and expertise in managing large, multi-trade projects ensures jobs completed on time and within budget. Well honed communication skills and a talent for offering innovative solutions to sometimes difficult situations are put to work for our clients.
Carol Horan, Outside Sales
Carol serves the company as an outside sales rep for our business-to-business clients. For the past 8+ years Carol has been a sales/marketing representative for residential building material and home improvement contractors. She most recently developed a very successful territory in NEPA for an industrial/commercial workplace products supplier, dealing with distributors, end users and general contractors through to completion of the sale.
